All the Customers of MAHAVIN Bd basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between MAHAVIN Bd and the customers that contains the rights, duties and obligations of MAHAVIN Bd and the Customers.
These Terms & Condition and acceptable use policies (Terms and Policies) are an essential part of your relationship with MAHAVIN Bd. By using MAHAVIN Bd, you have to agree to all of the Terms and Policies set out in this document.
Web Development Service:
Design: We are providing our valuable service as per the contract between you (customers) and MAHAVIN Bd. We are liable for any type of design or color problem. We bear the all responsibilities of your satisfactory Web design.
Hosting: We are providing our Web Hosting service as a Third party provider. We are liable for Secure, Cloud Linux, Lite Speed, Storage, and any other basic problem. But for other major problems the main hosting provider bears the liability of answering against your question. We have a strong agreement between MAHAVIN Bd and Main Hosting provider.
Developing: We are providing our web development service with your satisfaction. We are liable for any type of design problem. But for hosting problems or other major problems we never bear the liability. We always give you your satisfactory design and service.
Domain: We are providing our domain service as a Third-party provider. We are liable for Domain Security, domain name, Name server, browsing issues, and the DNS problem. But for other major problem we never bear the liability. The main Domain provider bears all the liability and always support you to solve your problem. We have a strong agreement between MAHAVIN Bd and Main Domain provider.
Online Ads (E-Advertisement):
We are providing our Online Ads service with your satisfaction as per contract. We are just only liable for your Ads running period. We don’t confirm your sales or another achievement. We ensure you about engagement. See Online Ads Policy.
Publisher Revenue Optimization
We are providing our AdSense revenue optimization service Globally with client satisfaction as per contract. As per contract, you have to provide us our required articles and 30% advance payment. Noted that, If your AdSense is new, maybe you have to face the Ad Limit problem causes by high earning suddenly! This is a very unusual and tilly problem. We guaranty that our Maximum traffic comes from Google Organic/LinkedIn/Twitter/ThumbLr, and these sources are never harmful for AdSense.
Refund Policy:
If you are unhappy or not satisfied, with any aspect of our service, please contact our support department who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 7 days. The refund policy only effective for “Web Development, eCommerce Store Development and Android Apps Development" services. Refund is not available for other service.
For Revenue Optimization/Traffic Purchasing, If you would like to take refund the paid amount (after payment and before start the task) and don’t want to work with us, then refund claim has to be done within 21 days with citing appropriate reasons. If your claim will be ethical, you will get refund within 60 days.
Payment Policy:
We are taken our 30% to 50% service fee as advance at the time of confirmation of order. And the rest 70% to 50% service fee at the time of completed contract. In some cases, we take 100% advance before starting work. You can pay us by using Bank, PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, bKash or Nagad.
